DESCRIPTION:
Today I remembered to make wishes and to have hope.
I found this rusty old coin in my pocket, from someone I can’t remember, from a place I don’t know, with a purpose that didn’t serve. When I was a kid and found them, I kept them until I saw the first well and made a wish.
But now money doesn’t grant wishes and there is no well. They dried out. My father told me the stoup got mouldy. The marble cracked and the prayers turned to dust on the walls.
But I still have my hope. I know the rain will come and I will melt into the ground I walked on and nature will bring nourishment. And others will live again.
